Obtaining a Bail Bond

Bailing out a loved one is one of the most stressful experiences you could ever have. Our experienced agents will need to collect information to determine the best way to help you.

The process

In most cases, when you call and speak to one of our agents, you will be asked a series of questions to determine the best way to help. Once we decide to get someone out of jail, the next step is to meet with you at the facility that is holding your loved one to begin the paperwork and process for release.

Misdemeanor Cases

Misdemeanor cases are usually resolved within 90 days of the original arrest.

Felony Cases

Felony cases typically take 6 months to 2 years before the first court date. All felony cases must go through the indictment process before the case is seen in court. We recommend you use this time to consult an attorney of your choosing so you are prepared for your case if and when it goes to court.

AFAB Bail Bonds cannot recommend any attorney or offer any legal advice.
