01 COME TALK TO US

02 TAKE THE CLASS

To get a bonding license in the state of Mississippi you’re required to take a 40 hour pre-license education class. AFAB Bail Bonds offers assistance and direction on how to get this class. After you take the class, you are required to take a test administered by the state and do a fingerprint background check in Jackson.

03 GET THE LICENSE

Now that you have your class, your test and your fingerprints out-of-the-way it’s time to submit your application to the state. Once you submit your application to the state you should have your Bail License within about two weeks. Now you’re ready to go to work. From start to finish the whole process can take anywhere from one to two months but it is well worth the wait.
